Why join the Circle — what’s in it for me?

Who’s in? 

The Circle brings together C-level decision-makers and senior executives from various industries — leaders who share a passion for growth, innovation, and collaboration.  

What’s the price of joining the Circle? 

Membership is completely free of charge. Only participation in CxO Academy training programs involves a separate fee.  

Where do I apply for membership? 

You can apply through the official CxO Circle website. To apply for membership, simply fill out your details here.

Any strings attached? 

No. Membership does not bind you to any commitments. It simply grants access to exclusive events, insights, and the CxO Circle community. 

Do I have to take any one-to-one –meetings? 

You don’t have to have any meetings, if requested. All of our one-to-one meetings are based on mutual value proposition and potential. Our goal is to ensure that both parties gain maximum benefit from our community & encounters.

Can I end my membership at any time?  

Yes, you can end your membership at any time — easily and without any obligations or fees.

CxO Circle is organized and managed by Professio, a Finnish organization specialized in executive events, training, and professional networks. Professio curates the community, events, and experiences that make the CxO Circle a unique platform for decision-makers and business leaders.  

What’s the CxO Academy all about?

CxO Academy is a high-level training and development platform for executives and decision-makers. It brings together top coaches and industry experts to deliver world-class programs that focus on essential leadership and business themes.

An event partnership provides:

Who will I actually meet at the events?

You’ll meet key decision-makers from top companies and organizations within your target audience. You can have pre-booked 1-to-1 meetings, private sessions, or lunch discussions with selected attendees — and naturally, you’ll make many new connections throughout the event day. 

Are there any partnership opportunities beyond Professio’s main events? 

Yes. In addition to our large-scale events, we offer several other partnership channels — including bespoke (tailored) events, and digital content collaborations such as podcasts, articles, webinars, and surveys.

How is our brand featured in Professio’s marketing materials? 

Your logo and company description will appear in event campaigns, websites, newsletters, and social media — depending on your partnership tier. 

Can we use Professio’s event branding or materials in our own marketing? 

Yes, with prior approval. We’ll provide brand guidelines and ready-to-use assets — such as LinkedIn banners, visuals, and other co-branded materials — to help you promote your participation consistently and effectively. 

Is there support for booth or stand design? 

Yes – we will provide you all the necessary information. We also can provide additional engagement solutions as an option.

What kind of visibility opportunities are available at the event? 

Partners can gain exposure through stage visibility, branded materials, networking areas, and digital event platforms. Each event also offers a limited number of speaking and hosting opportunities — so make sure to act fast if you’re interested in securing a spot. 

Are meals and networking sessions included for partners? 

Yes — partnerships include full catering for your representatives, as well as access to the event agenda and all networking sessions. 

Do you offer year-round visibility opportunities? 

Yes — through our Professio Executive community, newsletters, and content collaborations, your brand can stay visible and connected between events as well.
